Flour Group

Flour Group. Shall mean Seller and Purchaser and each of their respective subsidiaries (including the Real Estate Companies and Fiorillo, but not including Seaboard Corporation or any of its subsidiaries) and each of the members or partners of Seller and Purchaser and each of their respective subsidiaries (including the Real Estate Companies and Fiorillo, but not including Seaboard Corporation or any of its subsidiaries).
