Flowable Hemostat

Flowable Hemostat. Shall mean a combination product comprised of Thrombin and a medical device provided by Ethicon, packaged together as separate components and approved by the regulatory authorities as a kit of two or more medicinal products in a combination package where the components are intended for simultaneous administration and which the DAB identifies in writing as the "Flowable Hemostat."
