Flynn Group

Flynn Group. Shall mean Donald F. Flynn and any Member of the Immediate Family of Donald F. Flynn and any Affiliate of any such Persons. For purposes of calculating the percentage of Capital Stock owned by each Stockholder under this Agreement, all members of the Flynn Group shall be deemed to be one Stockholder.
