Means one of the lit Debtor/Payor fiber pairs which forms a continuous loop across the NACS and FWACS Systems connecting the Cable Stations in Tong Fuk, Hong Kong, Wada, Japan, Pusan, Korea and Toucheng, Taiwan, in accordance with the technical design specification of the FNAL System (collectively, the "FIBER PAIR"), equipped with 4 + 1 wavelengths of initial capacity and, including without limitation: (i) all associated in-line optical components (e.g., amplifiers and filters) relevant to the...
