FOB MCDATAS DOCK

FOB MCDATAS DOCK. Means that McDATA fulfills its obligation to deliver the Products to EMC when such Products are handed over to EMC with export documentation, at McDATA's dock, into the charge of the carrier named by EMC. EMC shall arrange for transportation from McDATA's dock to the designated ship to address, and agrees to pay all transportation costs.
