Foldout Companies

Foldout Companies. For purposes of calculating the increase in OPTE with respect to a foldout company ("Foldout") under 2(a)(i) and 2(a)(ii) above, the OPTE of the Foldout for its first Fiscal Year shall be ignored, and the Performance Period shall be deemed to contain two Fiscal Years.
