Forbearance Effective Date. The date on which that all of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 7 hereof (each of which may be waived by the Required Lenders in their sole discretion) have been met to the satisfaction of the Required Lenders

Forbearance Effective Date. The date on which all of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6 hereof (each of which (other than Section 7(a) and Section 7(b); provided, that the payment condition set forth in Section 7(b) may be extended by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) may be waived by the Required Lenders in their sole discretion) have been met to the satisfaction of the Required Lenders.
