Force Majeure

Force Majeure. Any circumstances reasonably beyond a Party's control, including, without limitation, acts of God, civil disorders or commotions, acts of aggression, acts of terrorism, fire, explosions, floods, drought, war, sabotage, embargo, unexpected safety or efficacy results obtained with the Neos Product, utility failures, supplier failures, material shortages, labor disturbances, a national health emergency, or appropriations of property

Force Majeure. Force Majeure. Any event outside the reasonable control of either party affecting its ability to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement including act of God, fire, flood, lightning, war, revolution, act of terrorism, riot or civil commotion but excluding strikes of the affected party's own employees

Force Majeure. Force Majeure.
