Foreground IP

Example Definitions of "Foreground IP"
Foreground IP. Any and all Intellectual Property that is conceived or created by the Parties, either solely or jointly, in the performance of the Joint Development Activities, other than Intellectual Property developed by either Party, or the Parties jointly, which is an Improvement of either the Aspen Background IP or the BASF Background IP.
Foreground IP. Means the Intellectual Property first developed and reduced to practice by the Parties or their subcontractors in the performance of the JDA and all associated Intellectual Property Rights related to the foregoing.
Foreground IP. Means any IP or Know-how which is developed, conceived, first reduced to practice or rightfully acquired during the Term by a Party or its Affiliates alone, or by the Parties jointly, in each case as a result of the activities under this Agreement.
