Foreign Subsidiary

Example Definitions of "Foreign Subsidiary"
Foreign Subsidiary. Means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the United States of America or any state thereof, the District of Columbia, the United States Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.
Foreign Subsidiary. Means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the United States or any State thereof or the District of Columbia.
Foreign Subsidiary. Has the meaning given to that term in the Reimbursement Agreement.
