Example Definitions of "Forfeiture"
Forfeiture. In the event a Participant incurs a Termination of Employment, any portion of the Participant's Account to which the Participant is not then vested pursuant to Sections 4(a) or (b) hereof shall be forfeited.

Forfeiture.
