Format Discs

Format Discs. Means the uniquely marked or colored (i) CD-ROM discs formatted for use with the PS, and (ii) CD-ROM or DVD-ROM discs formatted for use with the PS2, both of which, for purposes of this Agreement, are manufactured on behalf of Publisher and contain Licensed Products or SCEK Demo Discs.
