Former CF Employee

Former CF Employee. Means any Participant who was an employee of Conseco Finance Corp., a Delaware corporation, as of July 1, 2000 and who on or after that date and before October 31, 2000, experienced a Termination of Service for any reason other than action by Conseco Finance Corp. with Cause or voluntary action by the employee.
