Former Concentrix Employee. Any Former Employee (i) who is identified as a Former Concentrix Employee on the list previously prepared by SYNNEX and set forth as Schedule A to this EMA, or (ii) whose most recent employment with SYNNEX was with a member of the Concentrix Group or the Concentrix Business.
