Formula Amount

Formula Amount. Shall mean, for each Participant, six percent (6%) of Adjusted EBITDA for the applicable Performance Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Participant the Committee may in its sole discretion substitute within the applicable time frame described in Section 2 above a percentage smaller than six percent (6%) for purposes of this definition.
