Founders Notes. Shall mean (i) that certain promissory note, datedNovember 1. 1998, made by Subordinated Creditor in favor of Estate of Margaret Ann Isely, Whose Personal Representative is Philip Isely a/k/a H. Philip Isely or Henry P. Isely in the original principal amount of $2,773,500.00, and (ii) that certain promissory note, dated November 1, 1998, made by Subordinated Creditor in favor of Philip Isely a/k/a H. Philip Isely or Henry P. Isely in the original principal amount of 3,547,500.00.
