Founder's Units. Means the 11,500,000 units of the Company initially issued to SP Acq LLC pursuant to the Founder's Units Subscription Agreement, dated as of March 22, 2007, between the Company and SP Acq LLC, of which a total of 1,363,636 Founder's Units were subsequently sold to certain other Investors.
