Founders' Warrants

Founders' Warrants. The warrants included within the Founders' Units.

Founders' Warrants. Means the 4,312,500 Warrants of the Company (or such lesser number that the Investors may hold after any forfeiture of a portion of such Units if the Underwriters' over-allotment option is not exercised fully, as described in the Registration Statement) included in the Founder's Units held by the Initial Holders prior to the IPO.

Founders' Warrants. Means the 7,187,500 warrants of the Company to purchase shares of Common Stock underlying the Founders' Units held by the Initial Stockholders prior to the IPO.

Founders' Warrants. The 9,775,000 warrants of the Company (or such lesser number that the Investors may hold if the Underwriter's over-allotment option is not exercised fully, as described in the Company's Registration Statement with respect to its IPO) to purchase Shares included in the Founder's Units held by the Initial Stockholders prior to the IPO.

Founders' Warrants. The warrants being purchased privately by the Investors simultaneously with the consummation of the Company's initial public offering (including to a certain extent in connection with the consummation of the underwriters' over-allotment option related thereto)
