Fountain Home Delivery Syrup. Shall mean equivalent gallons of syrup for any Beverage which has been used by anyone other than through Bottler or an entity affiliated with Bottler to produce a finished Beverage which was sold and delivered to the Home Market in the Territory by the vendor of such Beverage.
