Fourth Amendment Waiver Fee. A waiver fee in the amount of $15,000 (the "Fourth Amendment Waiver Fee"), which Fourth Amendment Waiver Fee shall be fully earned on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, and shall be charged to Borrower's Loan Account on such date, and shall be for the ratable benefit of the Lenders.
