Example Definitions of "Fourth Amendment"
Fourth Amendment. Means the Fourth Amendment to this Agreement, dated as of June 17, 2005, among the Borrower and the Required Lenders.
Fourth Amendment. That certain Fourth Amendment to Debtor-In-Possession Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of April 3, 2008, among the Parent, the Borrower, the Lenders and the Agents and as acknowledged and agreed by the Guarantors.
Fourth Amendment. Means Amendment No. 4 to Credit Agreement, dated as of February 29, 2008, among the Company, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto, the Issuing Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Co-Collateral Agents.
Fourth Amendment. Amendment No. 4 to Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of January 27, 2005, by and among the Borrowers, the Agent and the Lenders.
Fourth Amendment. Means that certain agreement entitled "Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement" entered into by and between the Company and the Bank dated as of December 29, 2004, for the purpose of amending this Agreement.
Fourth Amendment. That certain Fourth Amendment to Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of February 6, 2008, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
Fourth Amendment. Means the Fourth Amendment to 5-Year Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of February 6, 2008 among the Borrower and the Lenders party thereto.
Fourth Amendment. Shall mean that certain Consent and Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement among the Loan Parties, the Majority Lenders and the Agent dated as of December 1, 2010.
Fourth Amendment. Fourth Amendment" means that certain Fourth Amendment to Credit and Security Agreement dated as of November 22, 2000 between Borrower and Lender.
Fourth Amendment. Means the Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement dated effective as of September 30, 2004 among the Borrower, the Guarantors and the Lenders party thereto.
