Fourth Supplemental Indenture. Means the fourth supplemental indenture, dated as of the date hereof, by and between Company and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association (as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2
