FPUs. For each Software Title or Hits Software Title sku, at Publisher's cost, Publisher shall provide Microsoft with: (i) [xxxx] FPUs and accompanying Marketing Materials per Sales Territory in which the FPU will be released (or such lesser amount provided in the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide); (ii) no more than [xxxx] FPUs (or such amount provided in the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide) and accompany Marketing Materials per Sales Territory for so-called "Special" or "Limited" edition versions.
