Fraction

Fraction. With respect to a person who was a Participant during part, but not all, of a calendar year, means the amount obtained by dividing (i) the number of calendar months during such calendar year that such person was a Participant by (ii) 12; provided, that for purposes of the foregoing a partial calendar month shall be treated as a whole month.
