Franchise Agreement

Franchise Agreement. Franchise Agreement. Means the franchise agreement of even date herewith between Lessee and Franchisor relating to the Hotel.

Franchise Agreement. Means the Franchise Agreement between the Franchisor, as franchisor, and the Borrower, as franchisee.

Franchise Agreement. - an agreement pursuant to which Developer constructs and operates a Restaurant during the Development Schedule, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A.

Franchise Agreement. Means the franchise, license or area development agreements with Franchisor for the conduct of business at the Premises as a Permitted Concept, together with all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto.
