Franchise Fee. - - an initial per Restaurant fee (more fully defined in the Franchise Agreement) paid by Developer to Friday's, which fee varies in accordance with the number of Restaurants previously developed under each Development Schedule.
Franchise Fee. Includes any tax, fee, or assessment of any kind imposed by the City or other governmental entity on Grantee or Subscriber, or both, solely because of their status as such. The Initial Franchise Fee for the first Restaurant to be developed under the Development Schedule shall be $30,000. The Initial Franchise Fee for each subsequent Restaurant to be developed under the Development Schedule shall be $20,000.
