Freight Forwarder. Shall mean the Persons listed on Schedule 1(a)(ii) hereto or such other Person as may be selected by a Revolving Loan Borrower after the date hereof that is acceptable to Lender and after written notice by such Revolving Loan Borrower to Lender to arrange, among other things, on behalf of such Revolving Loan Borrower for the loading and shipment of goods for such Revolving Loan Borrower by a shipper to a port of entry in the United States of America, and the unloading and shipment of such...
