FTC Order. Shall mean that certain "Decision and Consent Order" issued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission on February 5, 1999 against GeoCities, Inc., a California corporation acquired by Yahoo, attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and any and all subsequent or related official materials, regulations, laws judgements or orders.
