Example Definitions of "FTE Rate"
FTE Rate. Shall mean the pro rata share of the fully burdened cost of a sales representative, per annum, based on time spent on the promotion of NUMAX in relation to the total time spent on all products promoted by such sales representative, comprising of the wages, bonuses, incentives, car expenses, other detailing costs typically associated with the promotion of a pharmaceutical product (including, but not limited to, expenses associated with training, promotional materials, travel and entertainment)... and overhead costs reasonably allocable to such activities, as applicable in the country in the TERRITORY in which NUMAX will be co-promoted by MEDIMMUNE. FTE Rate.
