Fuel Supply Plan. A system developed and owned by Supplier, the characteristics of which include, without limitation, Supplier's fuel risk management programs, and the Pathway network standards and specifications currently in place and which may be changed, improved and further developed by Supplier, but only in accordance with Section 5 hereof, from time to time.
