Full Bonus
Full Bonus. A cash amount equal to the annual bonus otherwise payable to the Covered Employee based on actual performance pursuant to any Annual Bonus Program in which the Covered Employee participated for the most recent completed fiscal year ending prior to the Covered Employee's Covered Termination, Death/Disability Termination or Retirement, as applicable.
