Full Rent Commencement Date
Full Rent Commencement Date. Means the 540th day after the Commencement Date, unless the Commencement Date is the 1st day of a calendar month, in which event the "Full Rent Commencement Date' means the 1" day of the 19" calendar month of the initial Lease Term.
