Full Time

Full Time. Means no less than an average of thirty-five (35) hours per week; provided, however, that if the Employee is employed by a Company located outside of the United States in which the legal definition of full-time employment is less than thirty-five (35) hours per week, "Full Time" means the number of hours required by law in that country.
