Example Definitions of "Fulltime Employment"
Fulltime Employment. "Full-Time Employment" shall mean regular employment as a common law employee of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries (as defined in the Plan) for at least 35 hours a week.
Fulltime Employment. Means a year during which the Employee has actively worked for the Employer for at least one thousand (1,000) hours as an Executive Officer. A year shall be defined as a period of one year beginning on the first day of employment, or the effective date of this Agreement if later, and on each anniversary of that date.
