FullyDiluted Common Stock

FullyDiluted Common Stock. Means, at any time, all then outstanding Common Stock Equivalents.

FullyDiluted Common Stock. Means, at any time, the then outstanding Common Stock of the Company plus (without duplication) all shares of Common Stock issuable, whether at such time or upon the passage of time or the occurrence of future events, upon the exercise, conversion, or exchange of all then outstanding Common Stock Equivalents.

FullyDiluted Common Stock. FullyDiluted Common Stock. Means, as of any date, the aggregate number of (i) shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding and (ii) securities convertible into or exercisable for shares of Common Stock (whether vested or unvested).

FullyDiluted Common Stock. At any time of determination, the sum of (i) the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding at such time and (ii) the number of shares of Common Stock into which all Options and Convertible Securities outstanding at such time are convertible, exchangeable or exercisable.

FullyDiluted Common Stock. Shall mean all of the issued and outstanding Common Stock of the Company, assuming conversion, exercise or exchange of all outstanding convertible, exercisable or exchangeable securities, options, warrants and similar instruments into or for Common Stock (regardless of whether such convertibles securities are at such time convertible, exercisable or exchangeable). All such calculations shall be appropriately adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends and other similar events.
