Fulton Pension Plan Benefit. Executive's accrued benefit as of the Determination Date under the Fulton Pension Plan, expressed as a lump sum benefit and calculated in accordance with the actuarial equivalency factors used to calculate lump sums under such Plan as of the Determination Date. The amount of such accrued benefit shall be determined as if the Executive terminated his employment on the Determination Date, even if Executive died on such Date
