Fund Registrable Securities

Fund Registrable Securities. (i) any Equity Shares acquired by, or issued or issuable to, the Fund or any Permitted Transferee (as defined in the Securities Holders Agreement, dated April 15, 2003, by and among the parties hereto) of the Fund who acquires Equity Shares from the Fund on or after the date hereof, (ii) any capital stock of the Company acquired by the Fund or any Permitted Transferee of the Fund who acquires capital stock of the Company from the Fund on or after the date hereof, and (iii) any shares of capital... stock of the Company issued or issuable with respect to the securities referred to in clause (i) or (ii) above by way of a stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization.
