Fund Services

Fund Services. Shall mean services as Distributor, Investment Advisor, call management, fulfillment and marketing services (even if not provided in a role as Distributor), fund accounting services, custody services, transfer agent services, fund administrative services, shareholder services, cash management services and the like commonly provided to Funds or Fund Servicers by the Company or Buyer or any of their respective Affiliates.
