Fundamental Change Notice

Fundamental Change Notice. A notice from the Company to the Purchasers stating: (a) that a Fundamental Change will occur; (b) the Effective Date with respect to that Fundamental Change; and (c) the procedures that the Company must follow to elect the Fundamental Change Option provided in paragraph 6.5

Fundamental Change Notice. A notice from the Borrower or LNG Subsidiary to the Lender stating: (a) that a Fundamental Change has occurred; (b) the Expiration Date with respect to that Fundamental Change; (c) the name and address of the transfer agent; and (d) the procedures that the Borrower must follow to make the election provided in paragraph 6.2.
