Example Definitions of "Funding Account"
Funding Account. Prior to March 9, 2001, the Trustee shall open for the benefit of the Issuer and Salomon Smith Barney Inc., in the name of the Trustee, a segregated trust account (the "Funding Account"), bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein shall be held for the benefit of the Issuer and Salomon Smith Barney Inc.
