Funding Amount

Funding Amount. Means Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), which is the actual cash amount provided to the Company after application of the Original Issue Discount. 1

Funding Amount. Shall mean, in respect of any Investor, the amount identified as such on the signature page hereto executed by such Investor.

Funding Amount.
