Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment ("FF&E")

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment ("FF&E"). It is hereby acknowledged that Landlord has provided furniture, fixtures & equipment outlined in Exhibit ‘G' - Landlord's Furniture & Equipment for the benefit of Tenant. Said FF&E shall remain the property of the Landlord during the initial three (3) year term of the lease. Should Tenant exercise it's first Renewal Option and complete said Renewal Term without default or other legal dispute, Landlord's FF&E within the Premises will then become the property of the Tenant.
