The terms "Cause," "Disability," "Retirement," "Separation Date" and "Separation From Service" shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company's 2017 Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, restated or replaced, from time to time (the "LTIP").
