Future ABL Intercreditor Agreement

Future ABL Intercreditor Agreement. Means an intercreditor agreement to be entered into after the date hereof among the Company, the Secured Party and the Future ABL Lender pertaining to the Future ABL Collateral, which agreement shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Secured Party (provided, if such agreement is substantially the same as the Sallyport Intercreditor Agreement, such agreement shall be deemed to be satisfactory to the Secured Party).
