Future Fees

Future Fees. All fees, costs, or expenses that the SurModics Indemnitees have incurred, or will incur, in connection with the Alabama Action that are not reflected on Exhibit A, subject to SRI's limited right of objection as set forth in paragraph 2(b). Future Fees shall not include the fees, costs, or expenses of any SurModics Expert Witnesses.
