Example Definitions of "GA Services"
GA Services. Shall mean all general and administrative services of the same or similar nature which the Williams Service Providers furnished to the Partnership Entities pursuant to the Services Agreement during the one-month period ending on the Closing Date, the categories with respect to which are set forth on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
