Gallus Technology

Gallus Technology. Means any and all Technology developed by Gallus hereunder that is general-purpose in nature, applicable to performance of services for Gallus' other customers, including any Improvements thereto and not specific to the Product, For the avoidance of doubt, manufacturing technology that is general-purpose in nature and is provided by or on behalf of Customer, is Customer Background Technology, and not Gallus Technology.
