Gaming Authorities

Gaming Authorities. Means all governmental authorities or agencies with regulatory control or jurisdiction over the gaming or gambling operations of the Company and its subsidiaries, including without limitation, the Nevada Gaming Commission.

Gaming Authorities. Shall mean collective reference to the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission, or any entity in any country, state, county, city or other political subdivision which governs or oversees gaming activities, including the supplying or operation of systems similar to the Company's systems.
