Gaming Authority

Gaming Authority. Means any governmental entity with regulatory control, authority or jurisdiction over casino, pari-mutuel, lottery or other gaming activities and operations within the State of Nevada, including, without limitation, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the Clark County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board and the City of Las Vegas

Gaming Authority. Gaming Authority. Means any governmental authority that holds regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gambling, gaming or casino activities.

Gaming Authority. Any of the "Gaming Authorities" as such term is defined in the Articles of Incorporation of the Company in effect as of the Subscription Date

Gaming Authority. Means those federal, state and local governmental, regulatory and administrative authorities, agencies, boards and officials responsible for or involved in the regulation of gaming or gaming activities in any jurisdiction and, within the State of Nevada, specifically, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, and the Clark County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board.

Gaming Authority. Means the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board or any similar commission or agency which has, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities of the Grantor or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Grantor or any successor thereto.
