Gaming Board. Collectively, (a) the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission, (b) the Connecticut Division of Special Revenue, (c) the National Indian Gaming Commission, and (d) any other Governmental Authority that holds licensing or permit authority over gambling, gaming or casino activities conducted by the Issuer within its jurisdiction.
